The New York Times reports that Ryan, a Wisconsin Republican who has been a key figure in the party’s success in 2018, has proposed building on the first two years of the president’s term, building a national infrastructure plan and supporting the tax cuts for middle-class Americans.

“I’ve been in this job since January 20, which was a day when a lot of people felt they were at the end of the road,” Ryan said.

“We need to rebuild this party.

I’m the speaker of the House of Representatives and this is my first term.

This is my dream.

This isn’t my first job.

This was my first campaign.

So, we need to keep going.

We need to stay focused on this.”

Ryan’s plan would require the Republican Party to put forth a broad agenda and build an infrastructure to compete for the 2020 election.

He also wants to give tax cuts to middle-income Americans.

“I think we’re going to get back to the basics of what we did, and I think we need that,” Ryan told The Times.

“The Democrats have a long history of being obstructionist and they’re going [to] be obstructionist, they’re always going to be obstructionists.

They’re going into government with no plan.

We’ve got to build up our infrastructure and make sure we’re prepared for 2020.”

Ryan has been outspoken in his criticism of Trump and his policies, particularly the tax plan that he’s championed.

He has called Trump a “liar” and a “miserable” and said that Trump’s actions have “trashed” the country.

The speaker has also said that Republicans need to unite behind the president and to not lose sight of their core values.

“The American people deserve a better president and we need a better Congress,” Ryan added.
